How do I add a member to a close category?

I used to be able to add people to @tvs but I cannot figure out how to do it , or maybe I lost privileges to do it. Can you add instructions on that?

If you go to https://community.lsst.org/g/TVS/members (also reachable via “menu button”, Groups, TVS), as an owner you should see something like this (with the proper group information):

Click on the “Add Members” button.
