The figures are based on data recently added to the public obs_sbn table. Whether the MPC has any further X05 data that has not yet been released is beyond my knowledge.
from 212323 X05 observations:
identified as already known numbered : 131 objects ( 404 observations )
identified as already known unnumbered : 2223 objects ( 6945 observations )
new provisional designation assigned : 16318 objects ( 204974 observations)
For the newly assigned 16318 provisional designation, I have found the following linkages:
DES-DES 1OPP : 313 (formerly known as double designations*)
For 30 of them, the arc could be extended within the same
apparition by adding additional isolated tracklets.
For 60 of them, the arc could be extended to MOPP by adding
additional isolated tracklets.
DES-DES MOPP : 1298 (linked to known objets from earlier apparitions)
For 945 of them, the arc could be extended by adding additional
isolated tracklets.

DES-ITF 1OPP : 3987 (the arc could be extended within the same apparition by adding
additional isolated tracklets.)
DES-ITF MOPP : 3809 (the arc could be extended to MOPP by adding additional isolated
tracklets.)

*. A subset of identifications is made between objects designated within the same opposition. Historically, the MPC referred to these as “double designations”… As of June 1, 2020, the MPC will cease to use the “double designation” terminology and will simply refer to them as identifications.
