Resolved ✅ Service outage: Community forum email (affects notifications and sign-ups)

The community.lsst.org forum is experience a service outage where emails are not being sent from the forum platform. This affects the notifications the existing users normally receive, and also prevents new users from signing up.

We’ve diagnosed that this issue is within our Discourse application. LSST staff are still receive emails through our Mailbot service (which also uses the Mailchimp service).

I will update this topic as the problem is resolved.
