Many contributors proposed different science that can be done by increasing the number of visits that Rubin makes to the Galactic Plane, Bulge and Magellanic Clouds - the challenge now is to agree a strategy which can serve as many of them as possible. Here we give a short overview of our approach to evaluating alternative survey strategies, and to identify regions which would benefit from higher cadence observations. This is intended to complement observations of the whole southern sky made as part of the Wide-Fast-Deep and other aspects of LSST.
