After many months of underutilization, the RFD slot has suddenly exploded in popularity, and we’re now running into multiple instances where discussions are being delayed a week or two because the slot has already been taken for the desired week.
Is there any chance we could define another time window during a typical week in which most DM people could try to keep their schedules clear?

I’ve avoided all DM meetings (aside from the DB hangout, which I gather is less formal) currently on the calendar, and only included timeslots that could include 1.5 hours during working hours at all DM institutions. If there’s a lot of interest in finding another timeslot, but we can’t make it work, we could relax one of those constraints.
