One of the questions that has come up as people are preparing responses to potential DP2 extensions is about observations during commissioning that are not part of the SV survey.
While you can retrieve current and anticipated SV observations from databases from the survey-strategy.lsst.io SV survey progress pages (such as SV 20250818), this does not include the observations of small field targets that have also been included in commissioning.
The table below provides some information on what data have been acquired prior to 20250818 with LSSTCam as part of these small field observations – please note that this does NOT mean that the data were all science quality and would be included in DP2. I believe the intention is to process and include all of the data possible.
