Proposing that there be a science breakout session on LSST photo-z.
We could start with a short introduction to the Rubin Data Management team’s PZ Roadmap, and short status updates on PZ-related software infrastructure.
But the focus could be on recent advances in photo-z algorithms, estimators, and performance.
Thoughts? Reply in thread if there’s a particular aspect that you think a PZ session could/should cover, or if you might like to present or help chair the session.
