Rubin In-Kind Facilities
Through the In-kind Program, the following facilities are offering observing time to the NOIRLab community for the 2026B semester:

- Nordic Optical Telescope (NOT)
- VLT Survey Telescope (VST)
- Large Binocular Telescope (LBT)
- Southern African Large Telescope (SALT)
- Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet)
- Milanković 1.4m Telescope (Serbia)

To help potential investigators learn more about these resources, we are hosting a series of webinars. Each session will cover instrumentation, time-domain opportunities, and practical advice for proposing, followed by a Q&A session.
