Access to RSP Notebooks

Hi I was working on notebooks on the RSP and then things froze and when I try to restart I get the following message:
500 : Internal Server Error
Redirect loop detected.

This happened earlier today but seemed to resolve after a few minutes and my session was restored. This time it seems to be taking longer to get back in this time so I’m not sure if there’s a wider problem.

Could you try stopping your server and then restarting via data.lsst.cloud/nb/hub/home ? Thanks…

I tried refreshing again and the session came back. If i’m stuck again next time I will try stopping the server, thanks!

Hi there was an issue earlier where the notebook service got overwhelmed by some unexpected activity. We addressed it so I suspect it was that, but let us know if you have any other problems.
