Hi Ana – We could use more details to diagnose the issue. Have you been able to log in previously? What message (if any) are you seeing when you try to log in? Any additional details could be helpful.
I do see an account with your name/email from almost 2 years ago. We may need to remove that account and have you create a new one. Would that be OK with you, or are there files and analyses that you have done in the past that you want to retain?

Sorry for the delay and thank you for your reply! This is a screenshot of the message I get when I try to log in, after I sign up with my university’s account.
I am happy to create a new account if that is easier, there are no files there that I need to keep:)

OK, I expunged your previous record. Try registering again, and it should create a new account for you (which will need to be approved).
