Hi folks - I am trying to follow the instructions here but when I login with my institutional ID and go to “account settings”, I get an error message The identifier [url] is not registered. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance.
Hi Pauline, thanks for reporting this. From what I can see, your account appears to be approved and is not still being processed (error message does not seem accurate). I’ll take this forward to the tech team but in the meantime, can you report if you are able to log in at data.lsst.cloud as well as id.lsst.cloud?
Thanks Melissa! Yes, I’m able to login at both locations, and I was able to add the additional identities when logging in through id.lsst.cloud. I suspect the issue may have been that I wasn’t quite finished getting the account set up (there was an acknowledgement I had to click on). All seems hunky-dory now.
