account registration for id.lsst.cloud

Hi,

I’m experiencing troubles with user registry for id.lsst.cloud. I’m seeing this error message:

You do not have any current roles. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance.

and not sure what need to be done. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @zhzhuoqi, thanks for posting.

It looks like one of your petitions for a new account, the one that uses ORCID as your identity provider (and a gmail email), was approved on Tue Jul 23. If you go to the RSP at data.lsst.cloud and select ORCID as your identity provider, you should be able to log in and then enter the Portal or Notebook Aspect.

However, there is another account in your name that uses Stanford as the identity provider, but the creation process for that one seems to have stalled at the email verification stage.

Once you confirm that you can login to the RSP with ORCID, I will expunge this extra, non-functional account for you.

And if you can’t login to the RSP with ORCID, let us know that too and we’ll continue to work on the issue.
