Following the discussion in RFC-277 we have moved the “Requests for Discussion” feature off of JIRA (where it was part of the RFC project) to its own category in: #dm:dm-rfd. Please use that area to arrange for discussions in the RFD timeslot and to follow up on those discussions.
The developer guide has been updated to include this change in process.
