COmanage error during RSP signup

Hello,

I am trying to create my RSP account, but during the CILogon step I get the following error after clicking “Begin” on the “Self Signup With Approval” page:

“Change of petition status from PA to PA is not permitted”
“An Internal Error Has Occurred.”

This happens every time and prevents me from completing the registration.

Could someone help me resolve this or reset my signup request?

Hi, I’m still having problems with the “Self Signup With Approval” step. When I click on the “Begin” button, the page goes blank.
