Creating Rubin Science Platform account for summer interns

Hello,

I wanted to ask about the policy/approach to creating Rubin Science Platform accounts for summer interns. Our interns are members of US institutions, so they have Data Rights, but I don’t know which email addresses they should use to register (their original institutions). I couldn’t find an answer to this specific question in the Documentation and on the Forum. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @kkruszynska. Thanks for your question. Since you mention the interns are students at a US institutions and have Data Rights , I would suggest using their permanent institution.
