We’re pleased to announce the release of rubin-env 13.1. Key highlights:
Astropy upgraded to >=8.0.1,<9 (biggest change in this release)
NumPy bumped to 2.4
libgdal-core added (3.13), with supporting bump of libpq to 18.4
ruamel.yaml, rich (>=15), and anyio (4.14.2) now direct dependencies
Added httpx2 as httpx is in maintenance only.

Rubin-env Developer tooling: added gh (GitHub CLI) and prek (>=0.4.0)
pyvo updated to 1.9.1 updated in RSP and Developer
You should be able to see the new env in Jenkins and you can pull the latest lsstsw to also get the software version. This update will be reflected in the following tags:
