Hello everyone,
Today I come to inform you that we have a new rubin-env out for you to play with. Rubin env 13 focuses on security and updating some of the underlying infrastructure in our environment.
Rubin env 13.0.0 has the following changes:
Updated danish to >=1.0,<2.0 .
Security Changes:
Updated cffi, libboost-python-devel, libpq, ndarray, and yaml-cpp.
Updated pinning for libpq, libxml2, and postgresql for compatibility.
Updated parsl to 2026.02.09.
Updated urllib3 to 2.6.3 and moto to 5.1.19.
Updated networkx to 3.6 and pybind11 to 3.0.2.
Updated libxml2_devel and libcxx pins across platforms.
Updated pybind11 to >=3.0.2 .
Added pillow and updated pandas constraints.
You should be able to see the new env in Jenkins and you can pull the latest lsstsw to also get the software version. This update will be reflected in the following tags (the shared stack will be automatically updated once the tags are released):
