Difficulty in completing registration in RSP

Hello,

Two junior members of my research group — Andressa Ferreira (dessajohann88@gmail.com) and Salatiel Jordão (30000graytons@gmail.com) — are trying to complete their registration on the RSP, but the link provided to complete the registration process redirects them to a blank page.

How we should proceed in order to complete their registration?

Hello, these two petitions for new RSP accounts were on step 8 of the process for new accounts, which requires human review and thus can take a few days. Since I was already in the system looking for issues, and both names appear on the IDRHL, I just approved them.
