Help me getting my account on the RSP

Hello,

My name is Patricia Iglesias, and I work at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias. I should have data rights. I tried to register a few months ago, but it looks like it was pending approval. Now, I am still in the same situation, so I don’t think it’s just a matter of time. I received the following output:

The identifier “http://cilogon.org/serverE/users/381362” is not registered. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance.

while trying to register. Could you help me getting my account on the RSP? Thanks.

Hi @patri, I can see in the system that your RSP account was approved Sep 10, and you should be able to log in using IAC - Instituto Astrofí­sico de Canarias as your identity provider.
