A few weeks ago, I contacted the RSP team through an email sent by Julia Gschwend (iDAC Brazil), informing that, because I, Nubia Garcia, went through the RSP registration process before my name was included in the list of data rights holders, my initial registration was denied, and now that my name is on the list and I have data rights, I am facing issues when trying to register in the RSP.
When I click “Begin” on the Self Signup With Approval page, I receive an error stating that my CILogon identifier (ePUID: http://cilogon.org/serverE/users/203147) is already associated with a record. A screenshot of the error is attached below.
Since I know that the system uses COmanage to manage accounts, I imagine it may be necessary to expunge the CO Person created during my previous registration attempt, as well as the Organizational Identity (OI) linked to it, before I can register correctly.
