What is the current recommended way to run LSST image differencing pipelines on DECam images?

Sorry for the lateness of this reply. I think currently this has to be done by hand. @yusra can probably give you a recipe. We are hoping that by the end of this month (Sept 2015) we will have a command line task to do just this.
