How to reset the LSSTC slack account?

HI. I don’t know how it happened, but enabling two factor authentication left me definitely out of the LSST slack workspace. Who should I contact to reset my account? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi @lgirardi, I’ve passed this on to the LSSTC Slack space admins. You should hear back from them soon. Thanks for reporting this issue here - and please post a reply here if you don’t hear within a few business days.

@lgirardi I disabled 2FA for you temporarily, you should be able to get back in to LSSTC Slack now. And once you are, you can just set up 2FA again.

Hello!

I have managed to delete my authenticator app on my phone and cannot regain access to LSSTC/lsst-da/Discovery-Alliance slack space. Emergency backup codes are unavailable, and I’m dead in the water.

Could someone with the right powers please turn off my 2FA requirements, please? My email is: arasmus@slac.stanford.edu and I think my username is arasmussen.
