How to submit a talk or poster abstract for Rubin 2024

Please use the Google form linked below to submit an abstract for a contributed talk or poster for the Rubin Community Workshop 2024.

Early Birdy Deadline: Fri Apr 5
Form: https://forms.gle/ges2r44Bf8got6ae7

The Science Organizing Committee (SOC) aims to have an agenda for Rubin 2024 in place, and to notify everyone who contributed an abstract before Fri Apr 5 of their talk or poster assignments by the start of May.

If talks and posters are oversubscribed, preference will be given to students and post-docs. If talks and posters are not oversubscribed, the form will stay open.

Breakout session topics will be created, in part, based on the topics of the contributed talks. You do not need to know, in advance, what session your talk might fit into; please just submit the abstract and the SOC will create the schedule.

For advisors of students: If you would like to reserve a student poster space for a yet-to-be-named summer student, the submission form provides you a way to indicate that: https://forms.gle/ges2r44Bf8got6ae7
