International Data Rights Holder List only includes Germany

Hi,

Something has happened to the list of International Data Rights Holders. It currently Germany. It did have other countries/institutions a few weeks ago when I was checking on data rights for SSSC membership requests. I thought I would point it out.

Thanks @mschwamb - it looks like the direct source is a spreadsheet and that a filter has been applied. I don’t have edit rights, I’ll chase up on this.
