Is the redshift data available for the recently released dp1 sources?

Did the ComCam images take redshift into account? If yes, then why cannot I find a parameter related to redshift of sources, in the source catalog?

Hi @SaptarshiPal2212 , thanks for this question.

A variety of preliminary photo-z estimates for DP1 objects have been generated independently of the DP1 data release, so they are not in the DP1 Object catalog (which is why you can’t find them), but are available in separate tables as described in: Photo-z estimates — DP1.

At the moment, the best place to get started to learn to access the PZ tables is in the LSDB documentation for the object photo-z.

In future Rubin data releases, PZ estimates will be available in the Object table.
