Hello, I was in the process of registering a new RSP account when my computer died as I was putting in the code to verify my email and activate the account. I was able to find a charger but when I turned it on the process had been interuppted and now my account is in a stasis mode where I get this error messege "You do not have any current roles. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance. " and a large red bar which states “permission denied” whenever I try to do anything. Is there a way to delete my account completely and start over?
Hi @CamR, thanks for reporting this issue. I’ve resent the verification email to you. If you do get it (check the spam folder!) follow the link. If you don’t, let me know and I can expunge your partial account so that you can start the process over.
Thank you, I got the email link, but the path says the invitation cannot be found. If you could expunge my account that would be great.
Expunged – ok to go ahead and restart the process now.
