After obtaining my data rights holder status and following the due procedures, when I try to register my account, after providing my Institution (Identity Provider) and clicking on “Begin for Self Signup With Approval” the page just doesn’t load and I can’t proceed with the process. Is there something wrong with the info I provided?

Apologies for the delay. I can see in our system that you were sent an email for data rights verification on March 14 (step 8 of the process for new accounts). But I can also see that your name has since been added to the International Data Rights Holders List. Thus, I was able to approve your petition just now, and you can proceed to step 9 and log in.
