We remind you that the “LSST@Europe5: Towards LSST science, together!” will be held in Poreč, Croatia, September 25 – 29, 2023, and will be conducted in hybrid format to enable access for remote participants and to a wider community.
We use the opportunity to inform you that the preliminary list of plenary and invited speakers is available on the website, as well as travel info. We have prepared travel plans info sign-up sheet for possible organised airport transport, and we invite all interested participants to sign in with their updated travel plans as soon as possible, preferably before July 15th:
Participants with approved travel support such as registration fee reduction/waiver and/or accommodation in hotel Blue at reduced rates will receive a separate e-mail next week with instructions on how to pay reduced registration fee and/or accommodation in hotel Blue. Participant with approved registration fee waiver do not need to do any action regarding the fee.
We look forward to welcoming you to a conference which will enable us to further develop European collaboration and participation in the exciting era of Vera C. Rubin Observatory and LSST.
