As moderator, I’ve moved this post from being a reply in a solved topic, to being its own new topic so that Rubin staff can work toward a solution. It sounds like the same error, “SORID … is already associated with CILogon OIDC Claims”, as in the linked topic.
Hi @Benja-GG , I found your petition for a new account and was able to verify your Rubin data rights from your information, and approve your petition. You should be able to log in using ORCID as your identity provider. Sorry about the delay there, please do open another Forum topic to report new issues any time.
