We are opening a monthly “office-hours” slot for external folks running production-grade phalanx clusters to drop in (on an as-needed basis) and sync their deployments while our developers are available to answer questions. We have been trialing this with the UKDF folks and it seems to be helpful even in situations where you don’t want to keep close to bleed.
This is going to be typically (but not always) on the 1st Wednesday of each month pegged at 2pm Chile time (currently 9am Pacific / 5pm London). Folks who are interested in knowing when these slots are should drop me your email address so I can add you to the calendar invite.
Note: This does not change any current arrangements such as the SLAC and Google admins co-patch during Patch Thursday, nor the Rubin summit patch window. Also, it is not a bootcamp for people considering running phalanx or new deployers.
