We’re happy to announce registration for the Rubin Operations Project and Community Workshop 2023 (PCW) is now open. As a reminder it will take place the week of August 7, 2023 at the Marriott University Park in Tucson, AZ with some sessions available for virtual participation.
Please note, the meeting this year is different to previous years.
- There will be no registration fee. (this means Tucson staff do not need to submit a TR)
- No meals will be provided but as usual refreshments will be provided in the coffee breaks.
- There will not be a formal reception.
- We will cap in-person participation to 300 attendees so please register early, registration will close on July 14th or earlier if we reach capacity.
Unless you already have Rubin login credentials e.g for JIRA you will need to create an account. Once your account is approved you will be able to register for virtual and in-person participation .
Once you have successfully registered you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a link to book your hotel room within the negotiated block. Please note, there are only a limited number of rooms, you are advised to book early.
