All Rubin observations use TAI but I’m pretty sure that MPC_orbits epoch is not in TAI it’s in TT, MJD. This is explained in this nice bit of documentation, but it’s easy to get confused if you’re looking at the schema pages. Could that associated string be updated in the schema browser?
