RSP account approval issues

Hi, I requested an account on Feb. 18 and still have not received an approval notification.

I then tried to log in today, and was surprised to find that I had to restart the registration process from the beginning. I then entered all the same information as I did the first time. The username was not taken, so there doesn’t seem to be a dual account creation issue.

Could my account be approved?

I didn’t see an earlier petition in the system, but I went ahead and approved your petition from yesterday. You should be all set now!
