I had tried setting up an account a few months back but hadn’t had my name on the DRH list. Now that it is added, I’m trying again to log in to the RSP but it says permission denied. Is there a way to reset the process and sign up from scratch?

Hi Aman -
It would be best to reach out to the person who originally contacted you about data rights status (probably Heather Shaughnessy?), so that they can complete the process of approving your account. If you don’t have that original email thread, then I can help you out.

I don’t think I got to the stage where someone was verifying my data rights. Instead, I get an error while trying to send the form as I could not confirm the RSP account from my email and then I gave up setting up the account when the data rights weren’t up anyways. (See my post here)
I also get sent to a page now where it says I was redirected too many times and refuses to go further.
Hi @rajuaman, thanks for posting this issue. I could see that your account setup was stalled before the data rights verification stage, so I have expunged it to allow you to start over. You can follow the steps at ls.st/rsp-signup and use the same identity provider (University of Copenhagen). Apologies for the inconvenience here – please report back when you’ve done this so we can follow up.
