This past week we held an amazing meeting at SLAC, The Rubin Community Work Shop 2026. A brief update on the status in Chile with the storm recovery was part of this plenary on Monday morning. The team in Chile made progress this week, but the going has been slowed by the large amount of snow high on the road to the summit. A new storm came in and stopped work on Friday. It looks like a modest amount of snow fell, so we hope to be back at work clearing the road this Monday. Stay tuned. Thanks.
