Abstract: Rubin’s Data Preview 1 (DP1) will include images and catalogs based on data from the Commissioning Camera, and is anticipated to be released in June/July 2025. This session will describe what the Rubin science community can expect in terms of spatial, temporal, and bandwidth coverage of the DP1 dataset, and provide recommendations for how to prepare to do science with DP1.
