This presentation will present the recently-released v5.3 baseline simulations, which represent the current best estimates for the system on-sky uptime, slew performance, and engineering time needs, which are still evolving. Changes compared to the v5.0 baseline, and potential impacts to survey cadence, depth, and science will be covered. There will be time for Q&A.
