Dear all, I am happy to report that our team made it to the observatory site today on Cerro Pachón (the road was opened yesterday all the way). An initial assessment looks pretty good. The Telescope and Camera appear ok upon visual-only inspection. Lots of activity continues below Rubin on the site infrastructure (roads, power, water). Our NOIRLab and Rubin colleagues are doing great work.
