I have the tutorial notebooks for the RSP. Where do I run it? I tried cloning it on my university server but it seems like its easier to load the bash / tcsh environment though im not sure where.
Hi @sdhawan21, thanks for your interest in Rubin Observatory and the Rubin Science Platform (RSP) and for this question.
These tutorial notebooks for Data Preview 0 (DP0) and the RSP should be run in the RSP at data.lsst.cloud. They only work in that environment. All user accounts have the tutorial notebooks pre-installed in their notebooks/tutorial-notebooks/ directory.
Whether you had an account previously (the identity management system was updated in Feb 2023) or not, follow the getting started with DP0 checklist to get an account at data.lsst.cloud, and access to DP0 and the tutorial notebooks.
