The SMWLV and TVS collaborations’ cadence notes cover an enormous range of science requirements. To help the SCOC digest the input, we (the SMWLV observing strategy task force, and Rachel Street of TVS) submitted to the SCOC a synthesis of the input from both collaborations (24 cadence notes were included in the synthesis). The original cadence notes are of course the correct sources for the science cases and recommendations themselves; this document provides a high-level overview.
