Hi! We were wondering about the possibility of requesting superuser access for an account in LSST Lasair. We expect a very large number of alerts and we are building a SkyPortal system as an in-kind contribution. What would be required in order to obtain this status? Thanks!

Please could you send us an email at lasair-help@mlist.is.ed.ac.uk with a quick description of what you’re intending to do and how you’re thinking of using Lasair (as per the instructions here Lasair API Client)?
For the benefit of anyone else reading, you don’t necessarily need power user status to retrieve a large volume of alerts from Lasair if you do so by creating a filter and reading the Kafka output; the low default limits are specifically on API calls.
