I am currently trying to register for access to the LSST Science Platform via the “Self Signup With Approval” page.
When I click the “Begin” button on the Self Signup page, I am taken to a form asking for my name and email (as shown in the second screenshot). However, after I fill out the form and try to proceed, I am redirected to a page displaying the following message:
"http://cilogon.org/serverE/users/322902" is already associated with CILogon OIDC Claims
It also shows a notice saying:
“You do not have any current roles. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance.”
Because of this, I am unable to proceed with the signup or access the platform.
Could you please advise how I should resolve this issue or whom I should contact for further help?

I am having difficulty completing the LSST Science Platform registration via the “Self Signup With Approval” process, and I would appreciate your assistance.
I have attempted to log in using both my KASI institutional credentials and ORCID, and each results in different issues:
When using my KASI account (CILogon ID: http://cilogon.org/serverE/users/322902),
The “Begin” button does not appear on the registration page (see screenshot 1).
My name appears as ?? ? in the upper-right corner (screenshot 2), suggesting a possible issue with identity resolution or metadata.
When using ORCID (CILogon ID: http://cilogon.org/serverE/users/338771),
I receive the message: “The identifier ‘http://cilogon.org/serverE/users/338771’ is not registered. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance.”

Because of these issues, I am unable to proceed with registration using either login method.
If possible, I would like to continue the registration process using my KASI account (322902), and I would appreciate any help resolving this issue.
