Unable to login (stuck in loop)

Hi Melissa,

I appear to have the same problem as Eric: I get stuck in the same loop when I try to log in. If I have two (or more) accounts, I’d like to retain my Stanford account and the others can be deleted.

Hi Jim, I moved your post to be its own topic because I think it might be a different situation.

I can see that you have one account, it is active, and has been since Aug 2024. Originally using Google as the identity provider, and recently Stanford was added as a second identity.

Are you being redirected to the login page when you try to log in with both Stanford and Google? Or just one or the other?

I didn’t realize I has used Google previously. I just tried to login via Google and was successful. So I think I’m good.
