The environment from 12 days ago was updated to included psutil, which was lost in the switch.
This occurred on Friday. However, that environment ended up broken over the weekend due to a change in conda-forge’s repodata to fix a bug regarding the re2 library. That change made the environment unsolvable, and as a result, uninstallable.
Yesterday the environment was updated again to fix these issues. We are working on long term fixes to be able to explicitly specify the environment dependencies which will allow us to install an environment and bypass the solver to prevent this issue again. That work is under jira ticket DM-24972.
