My collaboration is in the process of launching two focus issues via AAS Journals one on “Rubin LSST Solar System Analysis Software” and the other on “Rubin LSST Solar System Predictions” now that the v4.0 baseline cadence is out. We need figures for the landing page. I combined some of the great figures and artist renditions from:
- Rubin Observatory will Inspire a New Era in Space Missions without Ever Leaving the Ground | Rubin Observatory
- Visitors from Distant Stars: Rubin Observatory Will Detect an Abundance of Interstellar Objects Careening Through Our Solar System | Rubin Observatory
- NSF–DOE Rubin Observatory’s Unparalleled Vision Will Revolutionize Multi-Messenger Astronomy | Rubin Observatory
- plus a software icon used on the Rubin Observatory website that was CC 4.0
I wanted to pass them by the comms/EPO/CST Teams to make sure you’re happy with how I combined them. I’ll make sure to list the appropriate credits for the images/artist renditions as listed on the gallery. Also do let me know i you have better suggestions for the name of the focus issues.
