I understand that the DP2 calexp files won’t be released until later this year due to network capacity issues.
However: releasing a tiny number of images would be extremely helpful! Even a single image would be helpful in terms of understanding the format details, the calibration quality, etc etc.
In particular, I would love to get my hands on the WCS headers for a full 189-chip exposure, in order to do some experiments with alternative tiling solutions.
Or, if there are simulated images in the same format with roughly the correct relative astrometry between chips, that would work too – I would appreciate any pointers!
