Changed institution and can no longer access RSP account

Hi,

I signed up for the RSP with my University of Sheffield email and foolishly did not link it to any personal identifiers like ORCiD or GitHub, and now that I have changed institution I have lost access to the account. In the meantime, I have attempted to sign up for a new account with the new institution email, but when I do this I am either met with a blank webpage or nothing happens.

Apologies for the repeated topic, I know this issue has been discussed previously.

Hi Summer, thanks for posting this. No need to apologize, creating a new topic to get help is always the right thing to do.

I have approved your new account, as I see you’re still on the international data rights holders list as a member of the UKD-UKD team. I will let our technical team know to move the contents of your old home directory to your new account, and then expunge your old account.

Don’t forget to link an additional identity to avoid this issue in the future!
