Everyone who asks a question in the Support category should review the reply posts in their Topic and select the most appropriate post to be marked as the solution.
Click on the three-dots icon at the bottom of a reply post in your Topic thread to reveal the option to select that post as the solution.
The solution post will appear embedded at the top of the Topic thread for quick reference.
Marking solutions helps others who encounter the same issue to quickly find answers, and confirms to Rubin staff that your issue is resolved, and no further assistance is required.
If a solution is not selected by the original poster, Forum moderators might mark a reply post as the solution, or collate responses from across several reply posts to create a summary reply and mark that as the solution.
Not all categories have the functionality to mark solutions enabled. These instructions apply primarily to the Support category but can be used anywhere the functionality appears.
