Enrollment/Role Issue After Login – “You do not have any current roles”

Hello, I’m trying to finish onboarding to the Rubin Science Platform and ran into an enrollment issue.

I can sign in successfully with my University credentials, but on the landing page I get the message:

“You do not have any current roles. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance.”

I also received a confirmation email titled “Please confirm your Rubin Science Platform registration” with a verification code, but I haven’t seen any prompt or field where I should enter that code.

Could you let me know whether my enrollment is still pending approval or if there’s a step I’ve missed for completing the verification?

Hi @ATameze as far as I can tell your email was not verified (step 6) and so you weren’t able to proceed to the next step of setting a username (step 7). I’ve resent the invitation to confirm your email address. Let us know if that works.

I do see the “Please confirm your email address” email that was sent, but when I click the link, it says “invitation is not found.” Is it possible the link expired or something went wrong with the resend? Please let me know if I should try anything on my end.

Hi @ATameze , I’ve expunged your account so that you can try the steps again from the start.

If the process works you should get through step 7 and then have to wait for Rubin staff to complete step 8.

I haven’t gotten access just yet. I received a follow-up email from Heather Shaughnessy requesting some additional information to verify that I have Rubin data rights under the Rubin Data Policy. I replied with details about my role and I’m currently waiting to hear back with confirmation and next steps. It seems like things are in progress, and I’ll follow up again soon if I don’t receive an update.

I can see that @ATameze 's RSP account is now Active, and so am marking this topic as solved.
