I am getting the exact same message eventhough I was told that my RSP account was active…
I’ve moved this to be its own topic.
Although Aida is seeing the same error message as in Trouble logging in to RSP account, the underlying problem must be different because I can see that her account does appear to be Active and that the petition was approved.
Aida can you provide a screenshot of exactly the error you get when you try to log in at data.lsst.cloud with your ORCID?

Here it is again: During the tutorial on the 26th of june, I thought I was logged in since I got to where the attached screenshot called “am_i_logged…” shows (note github symbol on upper right). I think I used a combination of UNAM credentials (it is an in-kind institution) and github to login.
But when I went to id.lsst.cloud to try to link with another account, I must have done something wrong since I got the attached error message (file called “screenshot…”).
Hi @aida-wofford – earlier this morning the RSP was closed for renovations while the DP1 dataset was prepared for release. Everyone got this error message if they tried to log in. Please try again and report back?
